I had ordered an LCD over the phone and they sent me a money request via PayPal. I paid it and when the LCD arrived the next, it did not power up. So I called and made arrangements to send it back to them. It arrived September 11th. The UPS tracking number is: 1Z7108E00349595521 After leaving several phone and email messages and no response, I finally got through to someone. The lady put me on hold for 20 minutes.
