I received an invitation by mail to attend a 90-minute conference to "learn how people run successful Internet businesses..." To entice recipients to attend the free "conference, " the company offers a free meal and a free MP3 player. First of, this is not a conference, just a fishing expedition on attendees to plunk down $48 and sign up for an all-day workshop later when you are expected to hand over more money.
