I called the manufacturer of my wash machine b/c it needed to be repaired. I was told that a service company would be to my house 2 days later between 8am and 5pm, and I would recieve a phone call letting me know when the technician was 1 hour to 30 minutes away from my home so I could leave work to be there. I recieved a call at 1:07pm. I Was told that a technician was at my home that morning at 8:06...I didnt get a ohone call and when I questioned that I was told they werent allowed to call that early.
