I have book flat in 2004 at ratna dhara project by puranik builder pune and from 2004 to till date the project is still not yet completed. The project is sanction for 7th floor but the actual development done upto 5th floor, lift is installed but its not working till now, drainage not yet completed, Boundary wall are So, this is a very bad experience with puranik builder who have multiple projects in Thane and Nasik.
