I'm in line. A saga that started in March continues to draw itself out. In March I contacted Flagstars loss mitigation department, requesting loan modification and/or assistance. I was sent the typical paperwork reason for claim, new finanacial, paystubs etc...which I filled out and returned promptly. Then waited. And waited, and then waited a bit more. I'd call every couple of weeks and check on it - the paperwork was being processed and would be assigned to adjustor.
