I was contacted by a rep.(Chris) who advised they had a buyer for my Cancun timeshare, wh was offering $23K. I advised that was well below what I wanted. The following day Chris called and said they had done another appraisal and what do you know, they came up with the $38K that I had shared was my price! That day Chris exlained that I was to sign a contract for $995. and AMG would handle everything else, and I should expect to get my $$ in 60 days, 120 at the worst.
