I ordered a DVD box set on accident. I had been getting ready to order and filled out the info and someone else need to use the computer so I let them. I made a call and then decieded I would wait before ordering and look around a bit more. When I got back on the computer somehow the product had been ordered. I contacted the company via email immdiately and asked them to cancel the order. It took 2 days but they said they could not find record of my order.
