I have had my lawnmower in the shop twice now and stillhave had no call back to when my lawnmower will be fixed I call the national customer complaint help line no one can assist me on it I call the store and they tell me that the repair guy comes in on spot jobs only and will not be in until the following week. I have tried contacting the new manager and she is never around to talk to and the reps working there are very rude and unfriendly. I am furious! read full review »
