I bought a laptop in 2006. I use it for business, so I got the extended warranty. Sure enough, it failed. And I sent it in. When I sent in the laptop I asked the "Help Desk" how long it would take. I was told no longer than a month. Two months later, I have sent my laptop back to the repair place three times now and it is still not fixed. The laptop is still there and the technicians told me that it could still take another 5-10 days to fix it.
