To the person that works for Citifinancial Auto who claims that the company works with customers. I read your post on the complaints board regarding Citifinancial Auto and every one of these people have a legitimate complaint about a company you seem to have NO clue about. I'm sorry but I have sat on the phone with my sister, who is a Citifinancial customer, and listened to one rep after another say the matter has been taken care of and the account is clear.
