In January 2009, we ordered a new 3-piece living room set - arm chair, loveseat, and coach - and paid in cash in full $1, 500. Furniture had to be delivered in a week on a particular date. They sent a delivery 2 days later and brought only 2 pieces - loveseat and coach - and they were either floor sample or used, with large greasy stains in several places and dirty, without appropriate packing.
