Beware! Beware! 21st mortgage company is a horrible lender. They call you everyday if you are just 1 week late. We were blessed to refinance and get from under those crooks. They sent representatives to our home on a sunday morning to find out when we were going to pay. I informed them that we were in the process of refinancing and they said they will be starting foreclosure proceedings. Lucky for us we are getting our.
