We had a auto loan through a company and it was switched to Santander. Anytime i called with questions about the account alll reps i dealt with were very rude. A while ago, we got behind a few payments and i was surprised that someone called me to "help me out" from there. She said to make a $100 payment and they would backend two payments. We did so, and that was that. Again. after that- anytime i called, just for basic info- very rude people. We got 3 months behind, got no urgent calls to talk to them like before.
