i have experinced the same problems as alot of people, i ordered alteril expecting to receive a trial pkg and the items promised (ear plugs and eye mask) for .97 cents o also ordered fiberweigh as a trial offer. i just receive as pkg if more fiber weigh and was charged 26.90 with out my permission. the items did not work and i can't get in touch with them my phone or email. read full review »
