I have a health care loan with Capital one, I have been trying to get them to re-finance the loan so I can have lower payments. I have been having financial problems and need lower payments. My hours at work have been cut. I can't afford the payment right as it currently is. As a result, I have gotten behind in my payments. Please help read full review »
