I authorized for my car payment to come out of my account on 9/15/09 and normally when a transaction is pending the amount is suppose to be froze, and not reflect on the account... Two days later I went to atm to check my balance and noticed that I had more money in my account the I was suppose to, so I called the automated teller teller to see what the problem was, and for some reason they hadn't froze my money, so I realized that I needed to take more money to the bank because I had made a couple of transactions since then...
