Ordered trials on for shipping cost. They sent the two separate trials with other items not ordered and billed me for them. I returned them on 10-21-08 and have not received my money back. Then they sent me another two orders and billed those item. Emailed them the week of 12-01-08 asking for return # to return the items and have not received and number within the 48 hr time limit.
