I paid into this warranty service for almost three years (totaling around $1800 in cost). During those three years, I filed three claims. The first claim was for my pool. The claim wasn't covered" because their adjuster said that it didn't break due to normal wear and tear. The pool company that came out and fixed it told me that it did break under normal conditions and that AHS should have covered the repair. My water heater was the second claim.
