Crystal Bay apartments is not the ideal place to live. It is not a safe enviroment it is full for drugs and violence. The managers dont care about anyone or there problems or issue's there no help to you or your loved ones who may live with you. This place would be the last place I ever lived again. Please take this into your thoughts on finding a place to live for you and your family. For your safty and security I would highly recommend not ever living in Crystal Bay Apartments. read full review »
