The reason I am contacting you today is that I have some issues with the bills I received in the mail. First of all I called and talked to Tammy from billing 586-421-3059 @ 7-18-09 @ 9am from Chesterfield urgent care facility. After talking to her to find out what I needed to do to make sure I wasn't going to be billed I then called my insurance and made sure Henry Ford, Inc services were covered.
