I am extremely angry, I dropped my BMW at 8:30 am for brake repair, control arm, and alignment, was told vehicle would be ready at 1:30 I left and came back for vehicle pick up for the third and final time only for my vehicle to not be present on the premises and to be told by the owner he has called over and over and "HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE HELL MY CAR WAS HE SUGGEST I SIT MY ASS DOWN OR JUST LEAVE AGAIN"!!!
