I placed an online order 9/3, rec'd confirmation thru Google Checkout that it shipped ground the same day to be delivered within 3-6 days and 2 weeks later still have not rec'd it. I went to their website and entered all the info to check the status of my order and it claimed that the e-mail & id# don't match. I've e-mailed for them to contact me with no results.
