Two weeks ago, I went into NTB because I was having problems getting the car to turn over. They said that it was simply a dead battery, in which they replaced with a new one. Total cost was $120.00. This past weekend, Sept 30, my car started having the same problem. I than took it back in to NTB, and this time they said it was the starter and the total would be $409.00...for a starter.
