I have an 80 gig zune which has been well taken care of and hardly ever used. One of the pins on the bottom right disappeared so i sent it in under my 2 year warranty. I just got it back 2 weeks later not only is it not fixed but the idiot at the repair place smashed half of my other pins into the zune, so they are all bent to heck. I called the company who worked on it and they deny everything of course and tell me to call my warranty company. So i did and they tell me that well we don't cover replacing the pins.
