This was before Christmas. I had a flat and took it to the Goodyear location in Plano, texas where I purchased it. I went in early in the morning and was told it would not be ready until noon. I said I have to go to work and they said leave it here and we will call you when it is ready. No one called me all day. around 5:30 p.m. I called them and could not get anyone.
