After cancelling my ATT Uverse service, I have been trying to return their equipment and receive the refund of my account balance since Dec.21, 2008. I have placed phone calls ever couple of weeks, escalated to managers etc. They keep saying that the return boxes are backordered, on the way, or backlogged, they have a computer glitch etc. They have no physical location to return them to.
