I fell for their advertisement about switching from cable to bundling all services with their company at a discounted price. Had a $50 cash back coupon, but never received it. False advertising about cable. Felt that equipment was not properly installed and they wanted to charge me another $50.00 to check their faulty equipment. Service telephone calls would not solve the problem and one customer service rep. said he just could not help me.
