On February 11, 2005 I had DirecTV installed in my home. I agreed upon and signed 1 year contract for programming. Within 60 days, I began having service issues with the equipment. DirecTV would attempt to repair issues over phone, but would not be able to do so. They sent me new equipment each time. AFTER receiving and installing these receivers, I would get a letter stating that accepting new equipment obligated me to new 1 year contract.
