I had a court hearing with a representative from Borack & Associates, which resulted in the judge stating that I was to contact the company when my finances had improved, as my offer for payment was so low. Apparently, this didn't matter to Borack & Associates because now I'm being served a subpoena de tecum for deposition. Why? Because they're trying to gather information to garnish my wages. I told them that they will never succeed but they're insisting. I think that this is a harassment attempt on their part and that they should penalized accordingly! read full review »
