We qualified for "Making Home Affordable" modification 4/2009, signed our trial paperwork 5/2009 and completed our trial period June, July, & August 2009. Our document finalizing the terms of 4.56% interest with a monthly payment of $1701.82 begins September 1st 2009 has never been received. Donna Lane confirmed we should receive the final document to finalize the modification any day since August 4th, 2009.
