I started contacting Procraft Viriginia over three years ago to find out they went out of business and Procraft Maryland took over their contracts and sent me a plan to pay an adiditional $750 for them to make the repairs and maintain the warranty. I apid it over two years and no one has been out to assess the damage nor offered a refund of the $750 nor the original $16, 000. I've been calling and emailing to no avail. I am at my wits end and see that I am not alone. What are our options since the BBB can't do anything either? Please let me know if there is a class action law suit in the works. read full review »
