I have held a credit card with Orchard Bank (HSBC) for over 4 years now. I have always paid my bill on time and more than the minimum due. I have been such a "Valued Customer" that they have over doubled my limit on my card in the last 4 years. Last month I had a unforeseen expense and was 1 DAY late on my payment, well they added the 30.00 for being late which in turn put me over my limit and then they added 39.00 for being over the limit.
