I ordered a dogt Halloween costume. It arrived and was twice the size that I wanted. I reordered it. Then I called to see where to mail back the costume that was too large. They told me that pet costumes are not returnable due to hygienic reasons. They told me that I had accepted their policy when I placed the order. I never even tried it on the dog because it was way too large. My complaint is - they should have printed a warning on all pet items that they are NON RETURNABLE. I feel it is deceptive marketing of their products. They could have placed a message when I was completing my order indicating that some items might not be returnable. read full review »
