A guy named Alex Martin called me and asked me to use his marketing service to rent or sell my timeshare. He said it would guranteed and promised me my timeshare will be rent out Feb of 2007. Well, of course it didn't. I contacted him and ask about the status and he said again there is no problem renting at all ( I still have his email stating that). Time flies, nothing happened.
