Following the recommendation of Federal, State and Local authorities; major banks have blacklisted York Street Properties from securing loans for the purposes of purchasing and securing properties. Further, authorities of the FTC are investigating new charges related to past transactions where Lance Puig and York Street Properties have lead property investors to believe they are properly licensed Real Estate and Investment Brokers.
