We signed a contract with Hector Cruz Fencing formally Armstrong Fencing on 09/09/09 and gave him a deposit of $700.00 Cash. We hired Hector 2 years ago and he installed a very large fencing system for us so we had no reason not to trust him. On the 9th he told us he needed a material deposit and we gave it to him. It has been 10 days and we are not able to reach him. He has not returned our phone calls or emails, etc. I found this website and we are shocked and completely disappointed.
