We had a management agrrement with Antler's Owner Doug Smith and CEO Gary Smith, they supply labor force and management and we would pay their fees, we found that they were double if not triple billing for labor that was not at our plant. Gary Smith seemed to spearhead the whole organization with the help of their dishonest book keeper, Casey Brake. This company will tell you anything that you want to hear and deliver nothing.
