FPL is once again asking for a rate increase. Meanwhile, they are boasting record profits for 2008 and the frist quarter of 2009. So much profit that Armando Olivera and Lew Haye each received bonuses in the millions (if that gives you any idea what there pay rate is). Part of the increase is to "replace" a 10 year old jet that is in a fleet of three. Mr. Olivera who resides in Miami takes a company helicopter to Juno (FPL headquarters) to go to work.
