I bought my son (who is away in college) two pair of blue jeans. He went to the OLD NAVY store to exchange the pants. He was not allowed to EXCHANGE the pants because he did not have a receipt. The tags were still on the jeans. I checked my receipt and the on-line store policy for exchanges. You can not find this information in either location. I called the main number for Old Navy, only to have some twenty year old be very rude to me and tell me "that's your problem, not ours".
