I ordered a 15 day trial of the company's product Cylapril, I tried the trial product for 13 days and did not see any improvement in energy, etc. I called on Sept. 1 to cancel the automatic 3 month supply reorder. I also went an email cancellation message to their customer service group on Sept. 2, day #14 of the trial. I was given a company RMA # and was told that they had shipped out the unwanted additional product. I told them that I would return the unopened product by UPS.
