I have been charged $14.95 per month for last two months. I have called american express few times and they are not ready to cancel the charges. I have called Microsoft 800-469-9269 /866234-6020/800-386-5550 and after going in circles for atleats 1 hour i was told that i should have my orignal credit card # which i have used in past to register the account. I told them i dont have it but they just not ready to listen. Then i asked them atleast not to charge and again tehy say they cannot do it.
