On August 25th I hired Mr. Gilmore to perform several tax services for me. It is now September 17th. NOTHING has been done. I cancelled the contract on August 31, because of lack-of-action. I had an important deadline to meet and had lost time waiting for his help. I requested an account closure and a refund minus a consultant fee. After calls, emails, and faxes, I have yet to receive my $1, 000.00 back or some amount close to it.
