Recently we transferred pur prescriptions to Wal Mart from Sam's Club. The first time we needed refills, the trouble began...two of mine needed to be authorized for refills by the Dr. I called the Dr.'s office myself to let them know to be expecting a request from a new pharmacy, Wall Mart in Belleville. When I went to pick them up two days later, they ( the pharmacy clerk) said they didn't have them. That the Dr. never called back.
