First of all I don't like to complain, my wife and me and my 2 grandchildren went to a Jack-in-the-box where we live in Yakima we had to stand at the counter to be waited on the employees kept looking over at us and we got no help for about 15 minutes, customers were waiting also to get their order taken, finally we got some service it took longer to get our food than it took to be waited on then they forgot some our order we had to wait for that.My Grandson had to use the restroom the door was lock with nobody in there we could'nt... read full review »
