I called the WVA Bureau of Vital statistics when I moved from FL to WVA to obtain a certified copy of my birth certificate which I needed to obtain a VA driver's license. I paid $49.00 to have this mailed UPS, and was told WVA would send the copy the day after they received the request. Received a letter from VITALCHEK stating they needed my current driver's license copy mailed to them enlightened 3 times and enlarged 200%.
