On the late evening of Friday, 18 Sep 2009, my personal vehicle was towed from my apartment complex (Camden Largo) in Largo, MD by Blackout Towing. My vehicle properly displayed a valid parking perment to park on the compound. This is the 2nd incident in two years. read full review »
