I order a dvd recorder.It problem using some brand of dvd record disc.After a little time recieving the product.It would not record or take any dvd.I could no long play or record dvd.I called the number in the manual.It said number change to a over sea.I try customer service with ecost.They told me that I would have to buy a new and turn the old one in the box I got the product.If not in the same box.I would get charge more money.I would get a refund one they recieve the product and get some money back for the ohter new product I bought.It bad when senior citizen get rip off. read full review »
