I am constantly getting telemarketing calls from 251-947-8966 (home telephone and cell telephone). The message is "This is the second notice that your automobile's warranty is about to expire". I have called back the telephone number numerous times and I constantly get a "I am sorry, but your call cannot be completed at this time" message.
