This Safeway is located across the street from a retirement community that represents a captive market of elderly. The Safeway is dingy and smells bad - fish, poultry and meat counters in particular. The deli bears special concern; the attendent puts in erroneous prices, only by careful attention can you catch him. The elderly patrons - -too bad, they miss it.
