I dropped off two pairs of jeans for them to alter. One pair got cut 4 inches too short. His daughter argued with me about the situation. I wanted a refund for the cost of my jeans, which is $200. She refused saying the jeans were used. The principle of the situation si I brought my jeans in to get altered, not messed up.
